Returns Refunds and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ZAVIOWear tee. If something's not right, we'll make it right — quickly, fairly, and without drama.


The Short Version

  • 15 days to request a return or exchange from the date of delivery
  • Size exchanges available, subject to stock
  • Full refund for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Store credit available as an alternative to a refund
  • No returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags
  • No cancellations once the order has been shipped


What Can Be Returned

You can return or exchange an item if:

  • You received a wrong item (wrong size, wrong design, or wrong colour)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • There is a manufacturing defect (print flaw, stitching issue, etc.)
  • You ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it

Conditions that must be met:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact and attached
  • Return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
  • Item should be in its original packaging where possible


What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items returned after the 15-day window
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to improper care (bleaching, ironing directly on prints, etc.)


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Step 1 Email us at hello@zaviowear.in with the subject line: Return/Exchange — Order #[your order number]

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return
  • For defective or wrong items: 2–3 clear photos of the issue

Step 2 Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3 If approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address for most pin codes. For locations not serviceable by our courier, you may be asked to self-ship the item. We will reimburse reasonable courier charges (up to 100) for self-shipped returns of defective or incorrect items.

Step 4 Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Refund Options

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
  • Instant store credit to use on your next order

For COD Orders

  • Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days — we'll ask for your bank details, or
  • Instant store credit


Size Exchanges

If your tee doesn't fit, we'll swap it for the right size.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size
  • If your size is not in stock, we'll offer a full refund or store credit instead
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order item
  • Please check the size chart on every product page before ordering — when in doubt, size up


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're sorry — and we'll fix it fast.

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer
  • In most cases, you will not be asked to return the damaged item


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — please use the returns process instead
  • To cancel, email hello@zaviowear.in immediately with your order number
  • Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 3–5 business days
  • COD cancellations carry no charge as no payment has been made


Frequently Asked Questions

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do? Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange an exchange.

My tee arrived with a print defect. Will you replace it? Yes, always. Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I return a sale item? Regular discounted items are returnable. Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned.

How do I track my return? We'll email you at every stage — pickup confirmed, item received, refund or exchange processed.

My refund hasn't arrived after 7 business days. What should I do? Email us at hello@zaviowear.in and we'll look into it immediately.
