  • In the unlikely event of a product description error, we will contact you before processing your order.


5. Placing an Order

When you place an order on ZAVIOWear:

  • You are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s) at the listed price.
  • Your order is accepted once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.


6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at select pin codes

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your card details. A COD handling charge may apply and will be displayed at checkout.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India.
  • Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below this attract a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.


8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability
